How does the magic mug work?+
It’s glossy black when cold. Pour in something hot and the heat reveals the full design; as it cools it turns black again. Hand-wash only and not microwave-safe.
Are the product photos real orders?+
They’re styled samples made with sample dog and cat photos to show each design. Your mug uses your own photo and the exact print layout you see in the live preview.
Can I add my pet’s name?+
Yes. Add a name (optional), pick one of six fonts and a text color. Some designs also let you choose a title, like “Best Dog Mom” or “Naughty List”.
Can I order in the U.S. yet?+
