Returns & refunds

Each mug is made to order with your photo and text, so we can’t take back a mug just because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong design. Please check the live preview carefully before you order.

Damaged, defective or misprinted

If your mug arrives broken, the color-changing coating doesn’t work, or the print doesn’t match your preview, we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Email hello@mypetmug.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don’t need to send the mug back.

Cancellations

Printing starts soon after you order. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away. We’ll do our best, but once printing has started we can’t cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually show within 5 to 10 business days.

Care

Magic mugs are hand-wash only and not microwave- or dishwasher-safe. Damage from the microwave or dishwasher isn’t covered.
