Orders and prices
Prices are in U.S. dollars, and the total is shown before you pay. Shipping within the U.S. is free. Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. If we can’t fulfill an order, we’ll refund it in full.
Your photos and content
You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law. You allow us and our print partners to use them only to make and deliver your order. We may refuse orders with content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.
Product
The sample photos on this site are styled illustrations. Your mug uses your own photo and the layout shown in the live preview. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the printed mug.
Returns
Because every mug is personalized, our returns & refunds policy applies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
