Shipping

Every mug is printed on demand for you by our U.S. print partner. We ship within the United States only (the 50 states and Washington, D.C.). We can’t ship to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.

Cost and speed

Shipping is free on every order and goes out with USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking. Printing usually takes up to 2 business days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 14 business days of ordering. These are estimates: carriers can be slower around holidays and in bad weather.

Holiday orders

For delivery before Christmas, order by the date shown on the product page. It is an estimate based on the times above, not a guarantee.

Tracking and problems

If your order hasn’t arrived within 16 business days, or the tracking shows a problem, email hello@mypetmug.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
